Most ankle band does not work for fitbit to track the heart rate, because the tracker attached with the ankle band and doesn't make physical contact with the skin. In contrast, our extender just connects with fitbit wristband, there is no shielding between fitbit tracker and the skin, consequently, our extender allows the fitbit to read your heart rate and works fine.
